A Monthly Devotional Practice

Join us on the Second Sunday of each month for a 90-minute morning devoted to practice, presence, and prayer.

This experience weaves together puja, tea, meditation, and kriya to guide you into a deeper relationship with yourself and the divine. This is a space to slow down, listen inward, and begin the month with intention and reverence.

Puja is a sacred ritual of offering. Through elements such as light, water, mantra, and intention, we honor the divine both within and around us. It is a practice of devotion, gratitude, and remembrance, inviting us into connection with something greater than the thinking mind.

This is a deep devotional practice that goes beyond asana. It is for those who feel called to explore the more subtle layers of yoga and to deepen their relationship with the unseen, the sacred, and the eternal.

Rooted in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic tradition, this practice integrates ancient teachings and techniques designed to awaken the body, still the mind, and expand consciousness. You may experience moments of stillness, activation, clarity, and connection as you move through each layer of the practice.

Held within a secret sacred space in Philadelphia, this experience is designed to feel intimate, intentional, and protected. The address will be revealed upon confirmation of your registration.

A 60 minute sound experience designed to ground your nervous system, cleanse your auric field and center your energy. Expect a relaxing practice that invited you to surrender and merge with sacred sound. Experience ancient instruments originating from Nepal and India that have been used from centuries to align chakras, and heal dis-ease in the mind, body and spirit. Surrounded by the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, you'll be guided into a space of deep stillness, allowing stress, tension, and energetic stagnation to gently dissolve.
